He-ey Señor—Is Time for My Walk

THIS c. 1960’s PAINTING OF A CHIHUAHUA DOG RECENTLY SOLD FOR $610. ON eBAY. IT’S A WONDERFUL example of folk art, self-taught, amateur art—whatever you want to call it. The painting is hilarious, quirky and fun. I’ll bet the owner never dreamed it would sell for that amount. I wish it were on my wall.

I want it on my wall too, it would look very nice there.

This is wonderful. I love seeing paintings/drawings etc by people who don't have the ability to draw things to look photo realistic. It always ends up quirkier and with more personality (in my opinion).
